Todd Chester

Todd Chester is a senior portfolio manager in Wells Fargo Private Bank's Baltimore, Maryland, office. As part of the Wealth & Investment Management Division, Todd works with clients across Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C., to build portfolios that help them meet their investment objectives while reducing risk. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Todd worked at PNC Bank for 17 years. He has been in the financial services industry for more than 25 years. Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh, an MBA from Robert Morris University, and Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation. In addition to serving the Baltimore community as a member of the National Aquarium Board of Directors, he is an investment committee member for Mercy Health Services of Baltimore.
