Todd Chester

Todd Chester is a senior portfolio manager in Wells Fargo Private Bank's Baltimore, Maryland, office. As part of the Wealth & Investment Management Division, Todd works with clients across Maryland, Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C., to build portfolios that help them meet their investment objectives while reducing risk.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Todd worked at PNC Bank for 17 years where he was a market investment director and senior portfolio manager for the PNC Private Bank. In this role, Todd supervised all investment activities in the Greater Maryland market. He also managed complex investment portfolios for individuals, large family groups and tax-exempt entities. Todd has been in the financial services industry for more than 25 years.

Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh, an MBA from Robert Morris University, and Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation.

In addition to serving the Baltimore community as a member of the National Aquarium Board of Directors, he is an investment committee member for Mercy Health Services of Baltimore.
