From February 18 through early April, the fourth level of the main Aquarium building will be closed for renovation, changing access to amenities and guest routes. Staff will be available to assist with alternative routes and accessibility accommodations.
Fill out and submit these forms for new exhibit projects, building-related design, and project management assistance. Requests should be put in at least four weeks prior to the desired due date.
NOTE: Please request in advance of moving animals.
Request to repair or update existing signage
Use these forms for new exhibit projects, on-campus design, and project management assistance. This can include requests for graphics for building signage and interpretive exhibits, content creation for in building experiences, design assistance, exhibit fabrication, props for guest interaction, habitat props for animals, etc.
Please submit your request four weeks or more in advance of your deadline and be as specific as possible in outlining objectives and expectations. Requests will be assigned to a team member, and you will be notified if the target date cannot be met due to current workload or other circumstances.
Request for signage and graphics that do not currently exist
Larger exhibit design, content creation, interpretive exhibits, etc.
Props for guest interaction, habitat props for animals, etc.
Materials specification/selection: Furniture, paint, carpeting, etc., engineering or design services, investigating project feasibility, develop capital project request, locate materials and labor
