John W. "Jack" Dwyer

Jack Dwyer founded Capital Funding Group in 1993 and has been involved in the financing of more than $5.9 billion in Federal Housing Administration-insured healthcare mortgages. Over the past 15 years, he has formed multiple companies specializing in real estate, investment and banking, senior living and health care. In 2009, Jack formed Capital Funding Bancorp, Inc., and through it led the acquisition of AmericasBank Corp. and its subsidiary, AmericasBank, which underwent a name change in November 2009 and is now CFG Bank. Jack holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Widener University and is a certified public accountant.
