From February 18 through early April, the fourth level of the main Aquarium building will be closed for renovation, changing access to amenities and guest routes. Staff will be available to assist with alternative routes and accessibility accommodations.

Ted Wiese spent nearly 35 years as a fixed income investment professional at T. Rowe Price. He was head of global fixed income and served as a member of the firm's management committee until 2018. In addition to serving on the National Aquarium Board of Directors and the National Aquarium Foundation, Ted is a member of the St. Mary's Ecumenical Institute board and an affiliate of Blu Venture Investors. He also mentors start-ups through Innovation Works, a collaborative resource network that connects community leaders, entrepreneurs, social innovation assets and investors to build sustainable neighborhood economies in Baltimore. Ted earned a bachelor's degree in geology from Yale University, a master's in finance from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College, and a master's in biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University.
