Dori Henry

Dori Henry is Baltimore County Executive Johnny Olszewski's chief of staff. She oversees all communications, community engagement and government affairs and serves as a strategic advisor. Prior to her current role, Dori was the County's communications director for four years, overseeing all public messaging and media relations. Before joining the Olszewski administration, Dori held senior roles at the U.S. Department of Labor during the Obama administration, and the Maryland Departments of Labor and Health. She holds a bachelor's degree from James Madison University and a master's degree in journalism from Boston University.
