David Dardis

David Dardis is a veteran energy industry lawyer with more than two decades of experience representing utilities, electric generation companies, and power and gas marketers, and serving in the federal government. He manages all legal affairs, corporate governance and corporate compliance for Constellation. He serves on the Constellation Executive Committee, which sets strategy and direction for the company. He joined Constellation in 2007 and has held various leadership roles within Exelon Corporation and Constellation. His experience includes negotiating and closing transformative mergers and acquisitions, leading complex commercial transactions, successfully resolving government investigations, achieving market solutions to support clean energy production, and building best-in-class compliance programs. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in politics from Pomona College and Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University School of Law. He completed the Exelon Senior Leadership Experience Program in 2016.
