Join a live tour guide as they walk you through our one-of-a-kind Animal Care and Rescue Center, allowing you to virtually access this behind-the-scenes facility and discover the unique journey our animals take when they arrive in our care. You'll experience our dedication to animal care firsthand as you visit our exhibit fabrication shop and animal rescue spaces—including an exclusive look at Kai, the newest sea turtle to call the National Aquarium home!
This virtual tour is available weekly, on alternating Wednesdays and Sundays, from 2:30 to 3:15 pm.

Member Price: $35 per device
- One ticket covers one device/invite link. The virtual tour link may not be shared with viewers on separate devices, but multiple guests may participate through a single device.
- The virtual tour will be accessible through the Zoom platform. Visit Zoom's website to learn more about viewing recommendations and system requirements.
- You will have the opportunity to interact with your tour guide during the Zoom through the chat function. Since this is a shared experience, guest microphones and videos will be turned off.

Your tour will be 45 minutes to one hour long, depending on how many questions you have for your guide.
Your tour will be hosted by a live educator who will walk you through the Animal Care and Rescue Center via exclusive, pre-recorded footage. This ensures that you are able to explore all areas of our facility, get up close with our animals, and hear from animal care staff, which would not be guaranteed with live footage. Your expert tour guide will be sharing their knowledge and answering your questions throughout the experience.
After purchasing your tour, you will receive an email containing information on how to register your device for the tour and access the Zoom invite.
Yes. All tours can only be viewed once since you will be guided by a live educator. Please do not share or redistribute your exclusive viewing link.
A maximum of 15 devices can register for each virtual tour. This is to ensure that each party has the opportunity to interact with their guide through the chat feature.
Virtual tours are non-refundable and non-transferrable, including if you miss your scheduled program. If you will not be able to make your tour, please contact Central Reservations at 410-659-4269 to ask about rescheduling.
