Coral reef ecosystems around the world are home to hundreds of aquatic species. However, climate change and human impacts have knocked these delicate and special places out of balance and vital habitats are being destroyed. Learn how coral habitat loss affects other parts of the ocean system and why coral is such a critical resource. Students will also be introduced to work that the National Aquarium is doing to help reconstruct these important habitats.
