Mo Jishi is executive vice president of strategy and transformation for M&T Bank and Wilmington Trust. With nearly 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, he is an active member of the bank's leadership team, serving on the Operating Committee and various corporate steering/advisory committees. Mo first joined M&T Bank in 1995. Today he leads teams to ensure that the enterprise effectively modifies and improves on external and internal strategies. The strategy and transformation team works across the bank to set strategic priorities and direction supporting the purpose, mission and imperatives of M&T. It drives transformation and initiative execution, partnering with enterprise leaders to operationalize strategic intent and implementing governance systems to assess performance. In addition to serving on the Board and Finance Committee of the National Aquarium, he currently chairs the Association Board and Executive Committees of the Y in Central Maryland where he is also a member of several Board subcommittees. Concurrently he serves on the Board and Finance Committee of the Baltimore Curriculum Project (BCP) and has previously served on the Board of St. Agnes Hospital. Mo was introduced to the BCP while engaging in the Pencil Program partnering with a Baltimore City school principal to assist in setting and measuring enrichment strategy for the school's students and parents.
