(Baltimore) - The National Aquarium is pleased to announce Lauren Hartman as its new Public Relations Manager. Hartman previously served as the Senior Public Relations Specialist at WeddingWire.

"We are thrilled to have her on our communications team and look forward to her future at the Aquarium."
Hartman previously worked at WeddingWire, the global leader for online wedding planning, executing strategic public relations plans, organizing marketing events to increase brand awareness and coordinating media relations efforts. She managed communication efforts surrounding the organization's annual "Just Say Yes" campaign, which garnered over 100 million media impressions in 2016 and 2017.
Hartman graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in communications with a specialty in public relations from Virginia Tech and a Master of Professional Studies in public relations and corporate communications from Georgetown University.
