Spend an unforgettable evening at the National Aquarium learning how art plays an important role in the design of our exhibits and animal care before creating some art of your own!
This adults-only experience begins with a guided tour of some of our most immersive exhibits, including Blacktip Reef and the award-winning Living Seashore. On this tour, you’ll discover how our exhibit designers and animal care professionals combine science and art in unique ways to recreate natural habitats and support animal care.
After your tour, it’s time to bring out your own creativity in a guided painting session led by our partners from The Painted Palette! During this instructor-led class, you’ll create a masterpiece of your own to take home as a memento of your experience. Guests will also enjoy a glass of wine, beer, or a non-alcoholic beverage during the guided painting session.
Each program will focus on a featured subject for the evening’s painting session. Instructors from The Painted Palette will guide guests through the painting project step-by-step, helping them to create their own canvas masterpiece to take home at the end of the night!
All participants must be at least 21 years of age. Refunds will not be given for participants who do not meet the age requirements. Please bring a Photo ID with you to present during check-in for your program.
