Cultural Series – Women's History Month
From October through March, come to the National Aquarium, Baltimore, on the first Friday evening of the month for a series of events dedicated to exploring, experiencing, and celebrating cultures from around the globe. Each event is celebrated with music, dance, food, arts and crafts, community resource tables, and educational exhibits.
Activities are from 5–9 p.m. and are included with Aquarium admission.
Women’s History Month

Celebrate Women’s History Month with the National Aquarium! The evening will feature live performances, exhibits and activities that focus on Women’s History around the world.
Join us for live music by the Rhonda Robinson & Friends Jazz Ensemble, highlighting the work of female composers. A cash bar will be available for those 21 and over.
Enjoy belly dance performances by Barakaat Middle Eastern Dance Company, accompanied by live Arabic music by Saltanah Ensemble
Delight in traditional East Indian dance performances by Natya Kala Mandir School of Indian Classical Dance.
Test your knowledge of women’s history with a trivia game, enjoy a photography exhibit by Denee Barr, and explore a special exhibit celebrating women’s accomplishments in STEM.
All activities are included with Aquarium admission.
