Cultural Series – Black History Month

National Aquarium's Cultural Series, presented by Macy's, celebrates Black History Month with an event for the entire family! Enjoy an original play "Chesapeake Bay Dreaming" produced & performed by the award-winning Aquarium on Wheels students', an oyster tonging demo, an African drum and dance presentation, arts & crafts, and the sounds of cool jazz performed by Eugene Chapman! Join the Waxter Center High Steppers as they kick up their heels and visit our special displays celebrating the black watermen of the Chesapeake including a photo exhibit by Glen McClure.

The National Aquarium's Cultural Series is presented by Macy's.
