Immersion Tours Policies and Procedures

Aquarium Policies

Please plan to arrive on time. Please meet your guide at the Aquarium Office Entrance ( view map ) 15 minutes before your scheduled program time. Guests of the Breakfast with the Dolphins program will meet at our Pier 4 Pavilion entrance ( view map ). We want you to enjoy your full experience, so your guide will wait no more than five minutes for all participants to arrive before starting the program. After five minutes you will forfeit your tour, and there are not refunds for late arrivals. Offsite tour participants will receive additional information in your confirmation packet regarding meeting location and directions.
Hand stamps are available to allow you to leave the building and re-enter later during the day. Ask the Visitor Operations staff member at the exit door for the last entry time of the day.
Please note:  any behind-the-scenes tour, dolphin show or dolphin encounter may be cancelled or modified without previous notice should animal management events arise.

To insure that your tour has not been cancelled due to inclement weather or unforeseen events, please call 410.576.8822 two hours prior to the program time on the day of your visit to check for program cancellations.
