A school-wide package is a great way to give classes in multiple grade levels (K – 6) the opportunity to participate in an outreach program. Full day packages include:
- Two auditorium presentations
- Ten interactive discovery sessions, which allow students to explore the topic in depth and to observe animals introduced in the auditorium presentation. Each 20-minute session is limited to one class (allows for optimal learning). Parent volunteers are required to assist with interactive discovery sessions.
Half-day school-wide packages and extra lab days are available upon request for an additional fee. Programs occur on Thursdays and Fridays and cost $700 per day. Additional discovery labs are $30 each, with a maximum of two additional labs. Choose one of three school-wide package themes (ocean, Chesapeake Bay, or rain forest).
